Over the last 40 years Danilith Delmulle has been developing brick faced concrete insulated panels, building over 14,000 homes in Belgium and neighbouring European Countries.
Now through Danilith UK the system is available to individual self builders, developers and Housing Associations in the UK.
It can be supplied as a watertight shell or as a complete turnkey project.
The systems unique approach to building is to construct the whole building in a factory under computer controlled conditions. The components are then delivered to site for erection.
Factory installed components, accurately formed and placed panels, solid floors and a high level of insulation all combine to make improved SAP ratings, pressure tests and EPC values

A typical dwelling can be and erected on pre-constructed foundations, roofed and be completely watertight in less than two weeks.
In contrast to the UK average of 3000 man hours for traditional construction, the average Danilith dwelling involves just 1200 man hours. When compared with traditional building both quality and longevity are increased and maintenance costs reduced making it ideal for Social Housing and high usage applications.
